If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Gibraltar and want to use your 14-day right to cancel, you can copy this into an email to support@elio.pet. In the EU and the EEA, the Cancel link at elio.pet and your Lounge under Billing stop the next charge; on their own they do not return a payment already made.

You can also withdraw with the withdrawal function at elio.pet/withdraw.
